Delivery Information

At Packslk.lk, we strive to ensure your premium quality bags in Sri Lanka reach you efficiently and safely.

  • Quality Check Before Delivery: We conduct a thorough quality check on every bag before it is dispatched for delivery, ensuring you receive a guaranteed quality product.
  • Delivery Timeframe: We aim to deliver your order within 2 to 5 working days from the date of order confirmation. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location within Sri Lanka and unforeseen circumstances.
  • Delivery Charges: Delivery charges may apply and will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.
  • Delivery Process: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification. Our delivery partners will contact you prior to delivery.
  • Cash on Delivery: We offer Cash on Delivery as a convenient payment option. Please ensure the exact amount is ready at the time of delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority.

If the return is due to damage during delivery, we will cover the return shipping costs.urns.

Damages During Delivery: We guarantee the quality of our bags. However, if there is any damage during the delivery process, we will consider a replacement. You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the bag and return the damaged item within 3 days of receiving it.

No Cash Back, Replacement Only: For eligible returns due to transit damage, we will replace the bag with a new one. We do not offer cash refunds.

No Returns for Change of Mind: Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. All sales are final unless there is a verified defect or damage during delivery.

Eligibility for Returns (Damage during delivery):

Item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Notification of damage must be within 48 hours of receiving the bag.

Return of the damaged item must be within 3 days of receiving it.

Non-Returnable Items:

Items that show signs of use (unless the use revealed the damage).

Items without original tags or packaging (unless damaged during delivery).

Items where the damage was not reported within 48 hours of receipt.

Items returned due to a change of mind.

(Add any other specific non-returnable items if applicable, e.g., personalized items).

Return Process (for eligible damages):

Contact Us: Please contact our customer service team at info@packslk.lk or +94 78 770 5005 within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item. Provide your order number, details of the damage, and clear photos.

Assessment: Our team will review your request and provide instructions on how to return the item within the 3-day window.

Inspection: Once we receive the returned damaged item, it will be inspected to confirm the transit damage.

Replacement: If eligible, a replacement bag will be dispatched to you within 14 working days of approval.
