We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or issues with payment verification. If we cancel your order after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund.

3. Payment Terms

We offer several convenient payment options for your purchases:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for your convenience. Please ensure the exact amount is ready at the time of delivery.
  • Online Card Payments: Securely processed through trusted third-party payment gateways. Your payment information is not stored directly by Packslk.lk.
  • Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) Services: We partner with Koko Pay, MintPay, and PayZy to allow you to spread out your payments. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order.

4. Delivery Policy

We aim to get your high-quality bags to you efficiently and safely.

  • Delivery Timeframe: We aim to deliver your order within 2 to 5 working days from the date of order confirmation. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location within Sri Lanka and unforeseen circumstances (e.g., public holidays, extreme weather).
  • Delivery Charges: Applicable delivery charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on your location and order value.
  • Delivery Process: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification. Our delivery partners will contact you prior to delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure accurate delivery details are provided and to be available to receive the order.

5. Returns and Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our policy carefully:

  • Damages During Delivery: We guarantee the quality of our bags. However, if there is any damage during the delivery process, we will consider a replacement. You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the bag and return the damaged item within 3 days of receiving it.
  • Replacement Only: For eligible returns due to transit damage, we will replace the bag with a new one. We do not offer cash refunds.
  • No Returns for Change of Mind: Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. All sales are final unless there is a verified defect or damage during delivery.
